The location was fine, but the accommodation was only acceptable due to unavailable WiFi and Netflix, a non-functioning

The location was fine, and since we did not spend much time at the property, the accommodation was acceptable overall. The apartment was very spacious.

The advertised WiFi was not available during our stay. We requested a parking card several times but never received one; instead, the gate was opened for us each time. The TV did not function properly, and the advertised Netflix was not available. There was also a defect visible at the bottom of the screen. Upon arrival, one bathroom had a dirty towel, and the kitchen was equipped with only one glass. The air conditioning made loud rattling noises and could not be used at night. The pillows and duvets were of rather poor quality. There was no toilet paper provided upon arrival.

Not the place i would like to stay in future. It was decent place.. Cleaning was ensured.

Nothing as such it was only relatively close to the office that's it. And kitchen facility.

Hosts was not easy to reach. Overall didn't like the place and not recommend.

Its very comfortable, has great areas and it is full equipped, beds are good, as the water pressure, Its very quiet, got good views although there is a lot of construction going on right now, and if any problem arose, they always resolved it kindly and promptly

Liked the location and found it comfortable Did not like the fact that we did not get a parking pass .The health club was was undergoing maintenance! Television didn’t provide access to satellite channels which would have been useful.

Worst experience/bad host

Airconditioner was not working in the main hall. It was rectified next day afternoon even though we complained after checking in. Entire floor and carpets were highly sticky and this complaint was also taken care of next day after 24 hours( carpets being ignored). Parking was an issue. No proper guidance was provided for guests, assuming as if guests were knowledgeable about the property

A spacious and well-designed apartment with a pleasant interior and the convenience of three bathrooms. Located on the outskirts of Sharjah, it offers easy access to Dubai—around 30 minutes to the city center without traffic. However, traffic is almost always heavy, both in the morning and evening. While central Sharjah is also quite congested, this area is much quieter with fewer cars. The beach is just a 10-15 minute drive away, with both public and private options nearby, all well-maintained. Check-in was contactless, and the apartment is on the 31st floor with a beautiful view. The bedding was clean, and the overall level of cleanliness was acceptable. Unfortunately, we couldn’t try the pool as it only operates during the summer.

The windows in the children’s room were not great—poor sound insulation and quite chilly at night (though this might be a plus in the summer). Starting at 5:30 AM, the call to prayer from the nearby mosque can be heard clearly, and by 6:00 AM, construction work begins right outside the window. Sleeping in this room was nearly impossible due to the noise. We also couldn’t resolve the parking issue. It seems the previous tenants lost the parking card, and despite multiple requests, reception ignored our request for a replacement. The apartment owner promised to solve the problem during our 10-day stay but never did. As a result, we had to park on an empty lot near the construction site.

Absolutely amazing stay, the kids are already asking when we can we return to mamzar!

Ive been to the UAE several times and have stayed in various hotels. This was by far the best in terms of value for money. My wife and I appreciated the extrem cleanliness of the property whilst my older children enjoyed the onsite pool. The convenience of having private parking, meant we didnt have to waste any time looking for parking or walking long distances after a long day of exploring the UAE. The minimarket on site also was very convenient as my kids enjoy a late night snack. The location of the property was one of the best. There is an Aquariam nearby and very clean beaches. The host was there to greet us and was always available by phone to answer any questions or to give us any travel tips in the UAE.

The pool could have been a little larger. But it wasnt too much of an issue.

Amazing place to stay

It was an amazing apartment to say at as it was neat and clean. Bedrooms were very tidy and bathrooms were spotless. Easy check-in and staff were exceptionally helpful. I would definitely recommend and stay there again.

ارجو وضع في البهو ركن كوفي حتى يصبح حيوي أكثر . وعندما وصلنا من المطار الى النزل لم يكن الاسم واضح حتى اتصلنا بالمسؤول واعطانا الاسم وموظف الاستقبال ما كان عنده خلفية عن حجوزات بوكينق .
