The stay in terms of money was not justified at all.

Nothing seemed so special and nothing was too special!

They were charging a separate hundred dirhams per day for cleaning. I didn't like that at all.

Honestly, very disappointed with this stay. The staff take no responsibility and it is not worth the money. Even with a 10-day stay, trash is not removed until guests leave. When the smell becomes bad, no one responds. They ask for full payment before check-in and also demand AED 500 in cash as advance. If you come straight from the airport, you have to walk 2–3 km to find an ATM or exchange. Even if everything is fully paid, they won’t give the key until you bring cash, so you end up waiting outside. Another bad experience is cleaning. If tea or anything spills by mistake, there are no cleaning items in the room. When you call housekeeping, they charge AED 100 even for basic cleaning or bathroom amenities. Please ask clearly about all rules and extra charges before booking. Only good thing: the security staff are very polite, friendly, and always ready to help.

They took a deposit security deposit of 500 dirhams before giving the room. This was not mentioned at the time of booking which is very surprising.

It provided me a place to sleep. Not a place to rest. The internet was less than desireable.

There was no breakfast? The security man at the desk was most pleasant and worked hard to make things right.

No toilet paper, no amminiities, no bath towels, wash clothes, Bare to say the least. below any standard I have ever encountered in my 80 plus years.

The room smells, the quilt and pillow on the bed are stained and smelly; there are several cockroaches in the toilet, and there is a lot of noise outside at night, which is tolerable. The most unbearable thing is the robbery at the end of the check-out. The chairs here are very fragile, and we almost dare not sit on them. When checking out, the staff pushed the chair and said that the chair was broken and we needed to compensate 200 dirhams. But there is no evidence or documents to show that this very fragile chair is worth 200 dirhams, and there is no evidence to show that we damaged the furniture. The attitude of the staff is very bad. He has been threatening us and asking us to pay cash compensation. There is no place for us to swipe our cards. Finally, we said we would call the police, and he said he would charge 100 dirhams in cash. As tourists, we don’t want to make a big deal about these things, especially during Ramadan, so we can only swallow our anger and pay 100 dirhams. I saw that there were comments before that also asked for compensation for furniture plates when checking out, and the price was ridiculously expensive. This is a huge pit, avoid it! 房间有味道，床上的被子枕头有污渍和怪味；厕所里面好几只蟑螂，晚上睡觉外面噪声很大，这些都能忍受。最不能忍受的是最后退房的强盗行为。这里面的椅子非常脆弱，我们几乎都不敢坐。在退房的时候，工作人员把椅子推了一下说椅子坏了，需要我们赔偿200迪拉姆。但没有任何的证据和文件说明这个非常脆弱的椅子价值200迪拉姆，也没有证据说明是我们破坏了家具。工作人员态度非常的差，一直在威胁我们，要求我们给现金赔偿，没有地方给我们刷卡。最后我们说要报警，他才说要收100迪拉姆现金。我们作为游客，不想在这些事情上闹大，特别是斋月期间，只能忍气吞声支付了100迪拉姆。我看到之前有评论也是退房的时候要求赔偿家具盘子，而且价格贵的离谱，这是一个巨大的坑，避雷！
