Very nice hotel and room.... In excellent condition and well located. Would definately be the hotel for stays in hatyai..

Spacious, clean and all sanity if provided.

Unfortunately, the poor soundproofing and constant nightclub noise significantly affected my stay and made it difficult to get any proper rest. The hotel itself is clean, well-maintained, and the staff provided good service. The multi-level car park is also very convenient. However, the soundproofing is extremely poor. I am not a light sleeper, yet the noise level was enough to keep me awake throughout the night. Besides being able to hear sounds from neighboring rooms (even coughing), there was also loud music and bass from a nightclub outside the building that continued until around 1:00 AM. I stayed on a Monday night, and when I informed the front desk the next morning, I was told that my stay was actually during a quieter period and that the nightclub noise can continue until sunrise on weekends. If you are travelling with children, family members, or simply looking for a good night's rest, I would strongly recommend considering other accommodation options. On the other hand, this hotel could be a great choice for guests who enjoy nightlife, clubbing, and being close to entertainment venues. Apart from the noise issue, I was very satisfied with the cleanliness, service, and facilities. Unfortunately, for many travellers, a hotel room should first and foremost be a place to rest, and this property fell well short of that expectation. Pros: Clean rooms, good service, convenient multi-level car park. Cons: Extremely poor soundproofing and persistent nightclub noise late into the night.
