    Friendly receptionist. Helpful and speaks Bahasa Melayu. But location is far from Lee garden. Everywhere need to take Grab. Rooms needs touch up. But overall budget stay. Near to 7 11.

    The room water pressure is very low and the aircond is not cold. Location is a bit far from town area and don't have much eatery outlets nearby.
