I stayed here for 10 nights. My room was located on the third floor of the hostel, while the ground floor was a coffee shop. The room was spacious and the bed was reasonably comfortable. There was no TV in the room, and housekeeping was provided every three days.
On my first night, the room could not be locked properly because it only had a simple doorknob latch. The hostel eventually installed an additional lock for me. Apart from that, the overall security was not particularly strong.
The bathroom had no ventilation, and the building was quite old. There was a noticeable cockroach odor coming from the drain pipes. The hostel did not appear to have professional housekeeping staff; instead, employees from the coffee shop handled the cleaning. They swept the floor and replaced towels, but the bed sheets and pillowcases were never changed during my entire 10-day stay.
During my stay, renovation work was being carried out on the third floor, which resulted in considerable noise. In addition, some guests were often noisy around midnight, and on several nights the noise continued until 2:00 a.m.
There was no communal trash bin on the upper floors, so I had to carry my garbage downstairs because ants frequently appeared in the room whenever food was left out. I also saw cockroaches in the coffee shop on some evenings.
Overall, the hostel was acceptable for a short stay, but I would not recommend staying here for an extended period.
