    Everything is good beside 。。。 Upon booking through Agoda, the booking page stated that children could stay for free, with children aged 11 and above being considered adults. Based on this information, we understood that our 6-year-old daughter would stay free of charge. However, upon check-in, we were informed that an additional charge of 150 baht was required because our child was above 3 years old. Although 150 baht is not a significant amount, we were disappointed that this additional charge was only communicated to us upon check-in. The applicable child policy and additional charges should have been clearly stated during the booking process to avoid any misunderstanding or unexpected charges upon arrival. We hope the hotel and Agoda can provide clearer information regarding the child policy and any additional charges in the future.

    Highly recommended. Location is very strategic. Little away from the city centre and sound but trust me everywhere you want to go inside the city it’s super near. Hotel is super clean. Very quiet and peaceful. Huge space for the bedroom and also the bathroom. Staff a friendly and helpful as well. Love it. My next trip to hat yai will definitely consider staying here again.
