Apartamento com localização muito boa! Próximo a bares e restaurantes importantes, conseguindo fazer tudo a pé. Apartamento extremamente novo, com acabamentos impecáveis.
Para 4 pessoas fica bem apertado, não é muito espaçoso, mas atende perfeitamente até 3 pessoas pra dormir.

Talvez o apartamento fique muito bom no futuro, mas tem que superar os pontos negativos. A estrutura é boa, o banheiro também, a cozinha bem equipada.
O sofá cama está com o estrado quebrado - resultado: insônia e dor na lombar no dia seguinte. Faltou roupa de cama também (sobre lençol do sofá cama). E senti pouco cuidado na apresentação das cobertas (falta de plástico indicando que haviam sido lavadas). Faltou a informação também que o código da porta volta em 3 minutos depois de algumas tentativas erradas - isso me causou muito stress.
