Basic but confortable.
The accommodation is within easy walking distance of Le Mans Racetrack. It is basic but if all you need is some horizontal time then it is fine.

Handy for the 24 Hour racetrack.
Good value for money especially during the 24 Hours race week. The racetrack is only a ten-minute walk away. The place was easy to find. The room was simple, clean and quiet and I had a great sleep after a hot, busy day. It was a bit hard to communicate but the owner did try.
It is a long walk to the supermarket and there are no cafes or restaurants nearby, which is unusual in France. I hadn't realised how big Le Mans was and it was a 30-minute tram ride from the centre then a bus or a 20-minute walk but the tram system was efficient and it was easy to buy a ticket. There was some confusion about which room I was in and mine didn't have a kettle but when the owner realised I only wanted water for tea, it was all sorted out, as above.

Very friendly host. However, this is where the positives finish. There was no lock on the actual bedroom, just on the main door outside. The sheets were filthy, covered in hair, floor was covered in hair and loud noises throughout the night from other floors.

Passable si juste pour la nuit.
Tarif pas cher. La proximité du circuit Bugatti et très agréable. L'accueil était bon. Parking voiture dans la rue accessible et disponible.
La chambre humide, le papier peint enlevé avec prise de courant arrachée du mur. Un lit pas très confortable du fait du matelas creusé par le temps. Des imperfections et poils sur la taie d'oreiller.
