    What didn't go wrong! Room on arrival super noisy next to stairs and utility room, horrible night trying to sleep(a room change was honored the next day). Next morning, I wake up to to my windshield wiper stolen in THEIR OWN parking lot I paid to park in. Upon talking to the staff about it, both staff members did their best to help (one even helped me call an auto parts store to get a replacement part and secured the blade so it wouldn't continue scratching the windshield. Part was replaced out of pocket about 26€ later and a lot of aggrevation . I was told that i had to go to the police station in order to file a report for a stolen 26€ part that happened in their own private lot and that the manager will be looking at cameras and get back to me which of course never happened. I was left with the feeling of "thanks for nothing". Management left me with out of pocket cost from a mishap in their care and their only solution was to go to the police for this nonsense (which I refused to do since police have enough to deal with and I don't think internal problems like that is something to bother them about). To this date, zero call from management to tell me when I will be reimburse for this)! On top of that, my new room was lacking toilet paper, blood stained comforter and poor hot water that comes and goes. The best thing they have going right now is their front desk staff members

    There is no ac in the unit. You can literally die from the hot whether inside. So don't consider it during summer for sure.
