Want to thank Property Host for amazing stay, she met us with open arms and went way and beyond for us. Her dedication to customer service and care for her properties stand out among other properties. Apartment has lovely Ocean view and large balcony to enjoy it. Beach is right next to the building, easy short walk. Location is unbeatable. Apartment is updated, welcoming and super clean. It had everything we needed and fully stocked. Self Parking in a building was big plus. Pool has serene view of the Bay and lounge area. Highly recommend

I appreciate property host for amazing stay! Beautifully designed apartment in a great location of Miami Beach. It had everything we needed: Ocean view, clean, newly remodeled building, parking, great value and off course the Beach direct access, 3 min walk. Our host was super nice and great to work with. Would love to come back here!

I was impressed by this apartment and the services of our host Yana who stands out and is truly a warm, kind, going extra mile host for her guests. She checks to make sure we enjoying of our stay. She genuinely cares about her guests and her properties. The apartment checks all the boxes: Beach, Ocean View, Awesome Location, Centrally located and very close to South beach, downtown, Remodelled & tastefully decorated, spotless clean, Pool and very important Parking in assigned spot of building garage. I highly recommend to stay here!

The property has a good location. It was clean and comfortable. Overall we enjoyed our stay but some of the property agents practices especially post stay had a negative impact on us.
We had to pay a non refundable 30% deposit despite it being free cancellation until 5 days before check-in. We had seen some pictures showing it under renovation and were assured all noisy works finished but there was drilling and mess from this was in the pool. There is an extra 3% credit and debit card charge which isn’t disclosed until payment. On completion the agent (Yana) advised Booking that we had no showed but no charge to us, this wasn’t true and can only assume its to avoid paying commission. Maybe as a result of this we haven’t received our damage deposit (we didnt cause any damage) of 250 USD some 10 days later and Yana no longer communicating. There are plenty of condos in Miami Beach and would have avoided if knew what was going to happen to us.
