A bright ocean front apartment with amazing ocean view located right in the heart of Miami Beach. Fully furnished in the best style so that you and your family can enjoy an excellent vacation. Our apartment has 1 bedrooms with 2 full bathroom, towels, sheets, wifi, security, heated pool and valet parking. The master bedroom includes 2 queensized bed, flat-screened TV, full closet, wide-length window that overlooks the beach and 1 full bathroom. , also a flat- screened TV and closet. You can enjoy entertainment in the generously-sized living room that includes a full length lounge sofabed full side with a full bathdroom next to the kitchen, flat- screened TV and dining setting that accommodates 5 guests. Glass sliding doors will lead you out into the balcony where you can relax while appreciating the wonderful view of the beach.
The modern-crafted kitchen is spacious and fully stocked with the necessary tools you'll need to cook delicious meals,.
You can enjoy this perfect setting where you will feel right at home. Direct exit to Collins
Avenue, fully equipped gym and only 5 minutes from South Beach.

In this special East oriented unit, you can enjoy a stellar open view of the beaches and city. All the furniture is contemporary and up to date.
Short driving distance to Publix supermarket, a variety of restaurants and Lincoln Rd. Also only a minutes away from Bal Harbor Shops, and Aventura Mall.
These properties are privately managed with strict policies, be aware that any reservation must be done and followed up by a person 21+ of age.
The guest is subject to extra charges if there are any modifications on the amount of people listed on the reservation.
The guest should reconfirm 45 minutes before arriving to the building for the check in. Guest can be subject to extra charges for early check in/late check out.
The guest must complete the registration, payment authorization form at the time of check in.
You must also present a copy of the ID of the reservation holder and his companions, a copy of the payment method that he / she chooses. It is mandatory for mutual protection. I acknowledge that I have rented a Condo Unit and that the owner or the realtor is who I need to ask for anything i need. Employees or other owners of the association are not responsible for my rental agreement of the unit.
I understand that the building is a Condominium and as such it is to be enjoyed as a home with neighbors who expect a level of quietness before the hours of 8:00 AM and after 10:00 PM. I have enough fobs for my entire party and if for some reason I don't have it with me or at all I will sign in with the valet and show them my identification.
I will throw all the trash in the bags down the laundry chute and no place else. Any trash that does not fit down the chute, I will bring it down and place inside the dumpster outside the lower garage. Under no circumstances will I put my garbage anywhere else.
I will follow house rules and prevent any type of smoke/fire in the apartment. I acknowledge that causing the fire alarm to go off will bring the fire rescue and result in a charge of $1,010.00. I will never leave any items in the hallway to include (but not limited to) shoes, beach chairs, umbrellas, and groceries. I will not play music (except with headphones plugged in) in any of the common areas to include
the pool backyard.

The property offers an exceptional view and is meticulously maintained, providing all necessary amenities. This creates a comfortable, "home away from home" experience. Communication was consistently excellent, and the building's location is ideally situated.

Beautiful view, location is fabulous, just make sure you read fine print on fees, other than that no complaints on unit. Now on other hand security and staff was very rude to my disabled daughter very unprofessional.

Upon booking I realized there were discrepancies with fees and payment. I read the fine lines, I understood there were hidden fees and I adjusted as such. Fee’s not listed on VRBO, as a third party managed it. The person who communicated with me via text was rude, incredibly hostile, and impatient. I simply wanted to understand the fees that were labeled incorrectly via VRBO, instead I was greeted with hostility that bordered a violent temperament. I was polite amd asking questions, she was a hot mess to say the least. Let me suffix this by saying that I worked service industry for 13 years, now own my own business, and I believe in customer accountability as well as business accountability. In addition, the toilet didn’t flush, there weren’t enough towels, there were no garbage bags or cleaning supplies or tissue paper. Which they will charge you for not taking out trash etc, so I suggest either asking for these items or buying them and leaving them for homeless peoples after. Javier was the only saving grace. He was kind, thoughtful, communicative, and never rude. He’s a gem. The owner of this property should seriously rethink the hostile representative who’s booking this room.
