Neat & Comfortable 1 Bedroom Spring Garden Flat

Great flat in a great location. Clean and quiet. Comfortable bed. Myself and my two boys stayed here and they were very helpful. It’s great value for money and we would stay again.

In the living room in the alcove part it would be nice if there was a dinning small table and chairs. Some kitchen utensils such as a bottle opener and colander.

The kitchen was useful. There was cutlery to use. The microwave and cooker was working well.

Not all electric heaters seemed to work. The extractor fan in the bathroom makes too much noise.

Very central and good location. Everything you could need for a weekend away. In what I would say a safe and secure area. Enough room for a couple. Very good communication between the house keeper and host.

The cleanliness could be better. I was disappointed when I had found bitten nails on the living room windowsill but did not bring it up to the housekeeper as I had disposed of them and sanitised the area myself.

The property was in a good location in the centre of Aberdeen for the price. Clean enough. Welcoming staff who were easy to communicate with on arrival to get keys. Every you need inside apartment.

Unfortunately the couch and bed weren’t comfortable particularly the couch was small, sinking in and hard. Wouldn’t be ideal if you are spending a lot of time in the apartment which we had to due to having our 2 year old with us after being out as long as we could during the day. Was clean enough but the apartment could probably use some updating, was good for someone passing through for a night at the price point as was cheapest available in cnetre. however wouldn’t describe as ‘comfortable’ we were visiting family for the weekend (3 nights) and found after the first night we wished we booked something more comfortable as there was no where comfortable to sit at night and the bed was very hard. Kitchen was equipped but also could be using some updates. No hot water (except shower) which makes it a bit difficult to clean dishes. Also no heating which wasn’t a problem as it was very warm when we were there however could be an issue for someone going in a colder month.
