Great location of apartments in a green calm area with lots of parks around. Location is larger than most of the locations for rent on Bielany district, clean with fully equipped kitchen, TV and wifi, very comfortable. Apartments are located quite close to tram stop and metro station.
The only thing that could be improved - chat via booking. It was almost impossible to get a reply while sending message through booking.com. I tried to contact apartments owner in different ways. The only approach that worked - phone call, but it might be quite problematic if one doesn’t speak English or Polish languages.

Chciałam wynająć mieszkanie na Bielanach, ze względu na uroczystość rodzinną w pobliżu. Mieszkanie było bardzo dobrze przygotowane, znakomicie wyposażone, ładnie urządzone, na parterze w bloku. Wygodnie rozlokowaliśmy się z rodziną, spędziliśmy czas „jak w domu”. Na pewno wrócimy:)
