Нова забудова, наявність побутової техніки, можливість розміщення чотирьох осіб. поруч зупинки громадського транспорту та метро.
Будинок добудовується, ведуться будівельні та ремонтні роботи з використанням електроінструменту, які починаються о сьомій ранку. Дуже гучно, чути сусідів зверху, знизу та поруч! Шумоізоляція на низькому рівні. Якість прибирання на низькому рівні: залишки будівельного сміття, жіноче волосся повсюди. відсутність зручних дрібниць: гачків для рушників, поличок для миючих засобів, мила та зубних щіток! відсутність шафи з плічками!
