it was very cold in the bedroom- the heating wasn’t working at all

Good location. Decent accommodation in Paris. Good value for the money.

Shower was broken on first day , but was fixed promptly.

Biancheria dei letti e asciugamani puliti, phon, ferro da stiro a disposizione. Microonde funzionante e tutto il necessario per cucinare. Dimensioni adeguatissime a tre persone. Letto e divano letto comodi. Posizione buona (non centralissima, ma a 10 min a piedi da metro 11, tanti autobus sotto casa che portano diretti in centro. Parcheggio zenpark vicinissimo con posti auto a 10€/gg se siete in auto). Zona ragionevole (non hai paura ad andare in giro), con tante ottime boulangerie e brasserie.

Difficile da areare. Pavimento sporco, bagno vetusto (con maniglia del rubinetto che si staccava e con muffa nella doccia), tappezzeria del divano macchiata e puzzolente. E una cosa facile da sistemare: per favore, fate sparire quello schifo di tappeto di vimini da terra: è un inutile ricettacolo di sporco e polvere. Host: abbiamo chiesto di lasciarci qualcosa per pulire (in Francia la pulizia è quasi sempre scadente, quindi ci aspettavamo questa situazione): ci hanno promesso un aspirapolvere che però non c'era, quindi abbiamo dovuto comprare noi scopa e paletta.

The location was great. The bed was comfy.

There were a number of issues: A bulb required to be replaced in a lamp The sofa was dirty The small saucepans did not have handles The bathroom tap sprayed water everywhere The shower could not be set to stay at the right height There were no tea towels provided The microwave was totally discoloured and smelled of curry. There was inadequate contact from the owners. Prior to my arrival I received an email directing me to a guest portal to obtain door codes etc. I tried contacting them to explain that I was unable to access this. It was only with the help of another tenant in the building who telephoned them and spoke in French they provided gge information.
