Buona posizione con tutti i servizi vicini. La struttura nel suo piccolo aveva tutto e i proprietari disponibili nel risolvere eventuali disguidi.
Forse i mobiletti della cucina sono troppo alti, bisogna essere almeno 1,80 cm per arrivare bene a prendere bicchieri, piatti ecc.
Comunque capisco che bisogna sfruttare lo spazio in altezza visto che la stanza è piccolina.

The location is good, it's safe because there are two entrance doors, there are blinds on the windows, there are establishments nearby, and a metro station.
Very noisy neighbors who bang loudly on doors and furniture, also the biggest critical problem, at night the boiler makes strange loud knocking sounds literally every minute, it really interferes with sleep, especially falling asleep, the feeling that someone is knocking on the windows, you wake up from this many times during the night, also there is a kindergarten nearby, if you are here on a weekday, you are guaranteed to wake up early because of the screams of children.
