The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 45 m² flat for rent in Paris, which can accommodate up to 4 travellers. Located on the 7ᵉ floor (with lift), it comprises a pretty 22 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a nice bedroom and a shower room. Wifi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included, we're just waiting for you!

- A 22 m² living room with TV, a double sofa bed, a dining area and a study area.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom with double bed (140×190) and wardrobe
- A shower room with shower, washbasin unit and washing machine with integrated tumble dryer
- Separate WC
Outside area :
- A balcony of approx. 1 m² to enjoy the sunny days.
The flat is ideally located in Paris (easy access if you come by car and close to all public transport), in a quiet and very pleasant environment. Close to Porte des Lilas and Place des fêtes, you'll find all the essential shops and a weekend market, as well as nearby parks for strolling.
