My family fell in love in Paris!

The location is perfect - near to Metro station and supermarkets. The apartment is comfortable. The owner of the apartment is kind and responsive.

The apartment is narrow for four people. Everything else is perfect.

comfortable stay

The owner was friendly. The living room and the bedrooms were clean and cosy. The kitchen was decent. The best part was the bathroom which was quite large, and contained a washer and dryer as well, so useful if you are staying for long.

The lift is too tiny, and can fit in just two people and one piece of luggage, so if you have multiple luggages be careful. Also it's a very old and mechanical lift, so operating it would need some skills. Second there is little or no space to open the bags, so if you have multiple bags then you need to take turns to open them on the floor one by one. Third the location is bit far off from the city centre and may take a 30 min metro ride to reach there.

Logement propre et fonctionnel. Parfait pour 2 personnes mais un peu juste pour 4 personnes. Bonne literie.

Manque rangement pour les couverts de tables et manque de verres de tables. Sinon tout est ok !

Fijn verblijf

Vaatwasser, wasmachine en droger! Handdoeken ook aanwezig en een heerlijke douche. Goed contact gehad met verhuurder. Appartement is ongeveer 600 meter van metrostation Le Kremlin Bisetre.

Sommige dingetjes waren aan reparatie toe of konden wat netter worden afgewerkt. Gezien de prijs-kwaliteit verhouding heeft dit ons niet gestoord.

J'avais choisi cet appartement pour son parking gratuit souterrain annoncé or nous avons dû payer le parking ! Je regrette également le manque de communication de l'hôte comme de ne pas répondre aux messages via booking ou encore à mon dernier message via SMS....

Agradável e próximo de tudo. Não é caro.

Localização entre aeroporto de Orly e Paris. 20 min de carro do aeroporto ao apartamento. Portanto bem localizado se optar por não alugar no centro de paris... pela poupança e disponibilidade. Vale a pena andar de uber para uma família de 4 pessoas: 16€ para chegar ao apartamento (desde Orly) 12€ para chegar à Notre Dame (do apartm/) 16€ para chegar à Torre Eifel (do apartam/) Existe também metro e autocarro a 2 min do apartamento. Bilhete de 2.5€/pessoa que permite andar durante 90 min. Vários supermecados e Restaurantes, fast food, Italianos, turcos e franceses em redor... baratos

Falta um pouquinho de espaço para preparar mesa de jantar para 4 pessoas... mas entre jantares fora e uma outra vez em casa... vale a pena

El baño estaba bien, sobre todo la ducha. La cama era cómoda. La terraza (para 2 personas) está bastante bien. La madre del propietario muy simpática, nos ha ayudado en todo lo que ha podido.

El sofá cama, aparte de estar manchado y con los cojines sucios, era extremadamente incómodo. El horno parecía que no funcionaba (si os pasa,comprobad el cuadro de luces). El propietario nos dijo que podíamos dejar las maletas hasta tarde y en el último momento nos dijo que no, aunque su madre nos ofreció su apartamento para dejarlas.

Appartamento ben fornito e comodamente raggiungibile con tutti i servizi

L'appartamento non è molto grande ma ben strutturato (di recente ristrutturazione) e completo di ogni comfort: lavatrice e asciugatrice in bagno, lavastoviglie in cucina. Dotato anche di piccolo balcone con sedie e tavolino. Piastre fornelli ad induzione pertanto se non si è abituati, bisogna prenderci la mano (sarebbe opportuno avere a portata di mano delle istruzioni d'uso per gli elettrodomestici in multilingue). Ottimo per 2 persone, piuttosto sacrificato per 3 e oltre persone. Solo una camera da letto (letto matrimoniale standard), mentre per il 3° letto c'è il divano convertibile (piuttosto scomodo) che va bene per 1 adulto o 2 bambini. Situato al 6° piano, si affaccia nel cortile interno pertanto è molto silenzioso sia di giorno che soprattutto di notte. Nello stabile è presente l'ascensore. Zona molto comoda per supermercati e vari ristoranti e si trova a 5 minuti a piedi dalla fermata della Metropolitana (linea 7 - fermata Kremlin Bicetre). E' una zona di prima periferia di Parigi pertanto piuttosto trafficata di auto e magari "poco attraente" a livello monumenti e/o paesaggistico ma in 15 minuti di metro sei già in centro città. Non è presente nessun tipo di wi-fi

Nulla di particolare perché l'appartamento è completo di tutto. Da rivedere la porta di ingresso in quanto molto scomoda e poco pratica da aprire (e se si rimane chiusi fuori senza chiavi, bisogna contattare il proprietario di casa per farsi aprire). Magari dare agli ospiti più di un solo mazzo di chiavi per evitare questo inconveniente.

Facile d’accès, avec une station de métro vraiment pas loin! Qui permet d’aller jusqu’au centre ville sans changement de ligne. L’appartement se situe à proximité d’un centre commercial et des commerces! L’hôte a été à l’écoute et disponible! C’était super !!!
