The breakfast was on the run but good enough.
The room was small but neat and the bathroom was really well equipped
We had small single beds!

Clean and decent size room- especially for Europe. Convenient to train station and metro.
This was an odd spot considering it was listed as a “bed and breakfast”. I’ve stayed in several B&Bs across Italy and was expecting friendly hosts, a common area with maybe coffee or tea access, etc.
This offered none of that.
I saw someone when I checked in and that was it. The building was always dark when I came and left and I had to use a flashlight to get from the front door to my room. Zero tourist advice or suggestions. Breakfast was also a couple blocks away? It wasn’t communicated very clearly so I ended up not using it.
It felt a lot like I was just renting a room from someone who needed extra cash rather than an actual tourist accommodation.
The area while convenient for trains is pretty sketchy. I was travelling alone as a woman in her 30s and didn’t like coming back here after dark- did get harassed a bit in the street one night (around 10pm).
