The pool & BBQ were great with all facilities provided. A proper Gozo farmhouse full of local character and close to Nadur Square. To have four bathrooms was very useful.
Some furniture a little tired.

As expected for Malta, there was a lot of flies in the kitchen area.. but it’s to be expected in a warm country.

Nice pool area. Comfortable bedrooms, featuring AC. Given the price paid, good value for money. Farmhouse is very nice overall but would shine if it gets some upgrades.
No AC in the kitchen living. Fan provided was old, swing button broken and for sure not large enough to cover size of room.
Cleanliness was suboptimal (grease marks on cooker, for example).
Kitchen needs an upgrade (fridge struggles to keep items cool, oven struggles to cook food). No drying rack for plates. Having a microwave would help.
Could use a larger more modern TV.
