Ausstattung ist in die Jahre gekommen. Toilettenspülung verbesserungsbedürftig. Schlechtes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis.

Sehr gepflegte Wohneinheit mit sehr großer Terrasse in perfekter Lage. Gute, praktische Ausstattung! Verdunklungsmöglichkeiten im Schlafzimmer vorhanden.
Fehlende Info oder Hinweis, wie man die Wohnung innerhalb des Hauses erreicht. Fehlende Vorabinfo, dass Zugang zur Wohnung nur über enge Wendeltreppe Keine Info zu Müllentsorgung. Klingelschild am Hauseingang??

Gute Lage zum Wasser. Gastronomie und Geschäfte fussläufig. Zimmer waren groß und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Toll war die große Terrasse. Kommen gerne wieder.
Teekanne und Schere habe ich vermisst.
