Falsche Auskunft leider von der Unterkunft. Andere die 2 Tage vorher gebucht hatten bevor sie dahin gefahren sind wusste

Die Lage und die Unterkunft.

Wir haben diese Unterkunft extra gewählt weil da ein Pool mit dabei war. Jedes Jahr im Januar buchen wir bei booking unseren Urlaub an der Ostsee. Wir hatten 3 Unterkünfte zur Auswahl und hatten uns für die entschieden zwecks den Pool wie wir jeden Jahr haben Hotel oder Unterkunft mit Pool, doch leider mussten wir feststellen vor Ort das der Pool geschlossen ist. Ständig hin und her geschrieben mit den Leuten von der Unterkunft wurde uns mitgeteilt das der Pool immer in den Zeitraum 2 Wochen geschlossen hat. Darauf wir, warum wurde uns es nicht mitgeteilt oder stand nicht bei booking drin, oder warum wurde es uns nicht mitgeteilt per Mail, haben sie geantwortet sie können nichts dafür das booking es nicht übermittelt, also sie geben komplett booking die Schuld. Daraufhin ob wir war vom Preis zurück bekommen keine Antwort. Wir waren mit Kinder da die sich immer im Januar auf den Urlaub mit Pool freuen also wurde es leider nichts, sehr enttäuscht das die Unterkunft es nicht mitgeteilt hat.

Tolle Wohnung mit perfekter Lage zum Strand

Die Wohnung ist ganz toll eingerichtet, es fehlt an Nichts. Die Lage ist sehr gut, quasi nur über die Straße und schon ist man an der Ostsee.

Wir hatten leider laute Nachbarn, bis Abends auf dem Balkon gesessen und sich vergnügt und gestritten. Aber dafür kann die Unterkunft ja Nichts. Das WLan ist eine totale Katastrophe, ist eigentlich nicht verfügbar gewesen. Dazu leider in manchen Ecken der Wohnung auch auf normalen Weg kein Empfang gehabt.
