Die Anlage ist sehr zentral gelegen und gepflegt. Alle Wohnungen haben einen Balkon mit Sitzmöglichkeiten und sind gut isoliert. Sie haben eine Küchenzeile, die gut ausgestattet ist. Die Promenade war fast vor der Tür. Edeka und die Seebrücke sowie allerlei Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Molli-Bahnhof und Busbahnhof sind max. 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, Parkplatz ist vorhanden.
Es gab in der diesmal gebuchten Wohnung ein paar technische Probleme, die ich bei der Abreise meldete und hoffe, dass sie bald behoben werden. Es stand bei Ausstattung und Richtlinien, dass WLAN inklusive ist, in der Beschreibung zum Zimmer, dass es WLAN nicht gibt. Das war etwas irreführend.

Vor allem die Lage, Centrum und Strand waren sehr schnell fußläufig zu erreichen.
Das Manko für uns war die Dusche. Der Wasserdruck war zu niedrig, sodass man die Brause zum Teil nicht nutzen könnte.

Sehr schmutzige Treppenhauswände. Kaum WLAN Nutzung wegen ungenügendem Empfang möglich.

The flat itself was clean and had a coffee machine as extra. Service people cleaning the stairs etc are a great bunch
This is the second time I have been there. The advertised WIFI didn't work last time and still doesn't. The patio furniture had not been cleaned this year at all, nor the patio for that matter.
