New and good location

Very noisy, can’t open the window or site on the balcony. Still can hear the traffic movement on the highway

Brand new, very clean, good condition, very nice gym, cozy. It was an absolute value for money.

The location, it’s a drag getting into the property (a long u turn off the highway to reach back to the place), no direct access basically. Also the mattress was too hard, not good for a weak one

Good and helpful staff. Very friendly and addressed my concerns when raised. Good access in and out of the property. Good to have a grocery store close to the property as well.

But the property is still under construction and has a lot of work ongoing. Whilst I was not given the room I had booked (a smaller room compared to the 46 m2 mentioned in the booking), the staff did give me an alternate room the next day. There was no housekeeping done for the 4 days of stay, which was not clearly mentioned during the booking. The interiors were below par. The fittings in the bathroom were of poor quality, and the stuff in the room was slightly falling apart - not expected of a new construction. And there was construction work happening in the building, including on my floor, when I was staying.
