Quick and easy check in, staff very polite. Convenient coffee shop downstairs. Large room and amazing bathroom. Plenty of wardrobe space and drawers. Nice to have a kettle and free water in the room. Bed was comfy and great aircon although I had to turn it off at times!
The hairdryer didn't work but was quickly replaced within 10 minutes, The bathroom scales didn't work and the water for the shower never got hot. By the sink there was no handwash or lotion. My TV was programmed in Arabic and I was unable to change it to English as obviously the instructions were in Arabic! I was unable to order room service through the Tv and despite ringing the Reception and Room Service on the phone they hung up on me 4 times!! So rude!! In the end I had to get my daughter, who lives elsewhere in Dubai to contact them and they sent her a pdf menu to her phone which she then watsapp me!! Ridiculous! There should at least be a paper option. Also the staff in the Hungry Hub which i visited were very rude!!!
