Experience the best of Wellington from our centrally located two storey townhouse in picturesque Mt Victoria. Just minutes from Wellington's vibrant entertainment precinct and a short stroll from Oriental Parade and the Basin Reserve, this home offers the perfect base for exploring the city!
Brand new in February 2024, this property is designed for modern living. Featuring modern decor, high speed fibre wi-fi, double glazing, full insulation and a heat pump for heating/cooling for ultimate comfort.
Guests have full access to the entire townhouse, including the designated off street carpark and outdoor areas.
3 Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 - queen bed with walk in robe and ensuite
Bedroom 2 - queen bed
Bedroom 3 - king single bed and single bed
Bedroom 3 also has the designated work desk with monitor, docking station, wireless mouse, keyboard and office chair.
There is also a pull out sofa bed available in the living area.
Travel cot available on request.

Main bathroom with shower over bath
Living Area:
Open-plan living area with contemporary decor, a 50" flatscreen TV, PS4 game console and two L shaped couches.

A separate off street car park located right next to the townhouse is available for your convenience (free of charge).

We have tried to limit our personal belongings as much as possible, one downstairs cupboard and the upstairs middle bedroom wardrobe is set aside for the storage of these items.

Very nice unit, extremely comfortable, walking distance to Cub Street and great communication with the host. As an added bonus, you have your own parking space! Very highly recommend!
