About this house rental
Enjoy a peaceful, stylish stay just a 20-minute walk from the city, with stunning views and majestic sunsets. The home is filled with original artwork, designer furnishings and crisp white hotel-quality linens and towels. Wander the private bush track to Oriental Parade beach in under 10 minutes and stop at one of the many cafes for a perfect espresso.
Set across several acres with sweeping sea views, the home balances seclusion and easy access to the city. Soak up the evening sun from the bay window or enjoy movie night on the NZ wool sofa. The dining room has a handcrafted 10-seater NZ solid wood table, a designer nook sofa and a Tivoli Bluetooth speaker, and the kitchen has marble bench tops, Bosch appliances, gas cooking and an espresso machine stocked with fresh beans.
There are four bedrooms: the master has a designer super-king bed, Eames chair and sea views; the second master has a super-king bed; the twin room has extra-long singles and water views; and the kids` room has an adjoining playroom full of toys and books. Two bathrooms, one with marble tiles and a clawfoot bath, come with EcoStore toiletries. Linen, towels and basic amenities are included.
Perfect for families, friends or couples. The whole property is yours. Parking is on the street only and can be tricky after 5pm, and there are about 65 stairs down to the property (lit at night).

- Rubbish: 1x full blue bag allowed. Take extra with you or use a local refuse station (see house info folder).
