Accessed by a private hillside cable car, the journey up becomes part of the experience—creating a true sense of exclusivity from the moment you arrive.
Ideally located near the city centre, with 20mins walking distance to Oriental Bay and many of Wellington’s most iconic attractions. On a warm day, simply head down for a swim and enjoy the ocean just moments from your doorstep.

Sleeping Area: Originally designed as a grand suite, this level now features a comfortable bedroom plus a queen-sized bed in a secondary living space to accommodate additional guests.
Grand Bathroom: A large spa-style bathroom designed for two people to use simultaneously.

Access to the property is via a private cable car, which is a truly unique feature of this home and part of the overall experience.Please note that this access may not be suitable for elderly guests or anyone with knee injuries, mobility issues, or difficulty with stairs and uneven terrain.For safety reasons, all guests must strictly follow the operating instructions when using the cable car.
