About this house rental
Wow! Location! Location! Location! A unique bungalow custom built by a world-renowned architect and tastefully renovated. Centrally located a 3 minute walk to Downtown Gulfport where you can enjoy beach access, fishing pier, local shopping, bars and restaurants. A short walk in the other direction takes you to the trails and wildlife scenery of Clam Bayou. 1 block off of the waterfront. 15 minute drive to Downtown St.Petersburg and 8 minute drive to the top-rated beaches in the U.S!
Duplex Unit
This apartment is the first floor of a two-level A-frame building. It has its own private parking space and private entrance. Follow the path to the front grand, double-wide barn entry doors. Enter into the dining space that flows into the living space. The apartment is set up with a Full size daybed that is layered with pillows and blankets. Relax on this and catch up on your favorite shows or movies. There is a large Kitchenette equipped with all of the utensils needed for a good meal. Kitchenette comes with an air fryer, counter top convention and toaster oven, electric cook top, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and more. There is no full size oven in this unit.
The bathroom is fairly large and tile from wall-to-wall. Bedroom consists of a Queen bed and ceiling fan. There is a closet and small dresser. The entire unit is heated and cooled by a mini-split system. Open up the grand barn doors from your bedroom to enjoy your private back yard space and have a florida breeze come through the apartment!

Family trip to visit our daughter in college in St Pete. This is a great spit. Back yard is super private and so cute! The landscaping, seating areas and lighting at night are all perfect!! The apartment has everything you’ll need. We stayed for 9 nights and it never lacked anything!
