Summary:
5 blocks from Beach Blvd. in downtown Gulfport, this 1200sf space has gleaming hardwood floors, massive living area, beautiful, quiet yard and comfortable outdoor patio space with grill and table and chairs.
There is a completely separate studio unit in the rear with independent AC system and no interior doors to this unit. They have a separate outdoor space as well, however the double wide driveway is shared with that unit.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the front patio bbq area as well as the entire front yard.
Guests have access to the shared washer and dryer located in the attached garage. We provide laundry detergent (laundry sheets) located in a box on the shelf above the washer.
Other Things to Note:
There is an attached/shared walls studio unit in the rear with no interior doors to the front house.
Interaction with Guests:
My team is on site occasionally to do maintenance and prepare spaces for guests-

This house is charming and clean- just as advertised! Location- close to town, the library, the beach- couldn’t be better. And having use of a washer/dryer was definitely a plus. Owner was very prompt answering our questions. We would stay again if in the area!

I loved this little place. There are a lot of windows and space. It's in a very convenient nice area. Tons of very thoughtful amenities. I hope to make it back there for a longer stay.

I loved the mid-century style of this home and the coordinating furniture as well. The home was spacious, the furniture was comfortable, great cooking utensils and appliances. The beds were comfortable as well, and it was a great place to come back to and relax after walking around the very enjoyable resort town of Gulfport!

Our stay here was very pleasant.The rooms are large and uncluttered. It was a place we were happy to return to at night. I would definitely return.
