A bright and inviting living and dining area greets you the moment you step inside, with ample sofa and seating options and a dining room table with seating for 4. Enjoy a game of chess or cards while your favorite show or sports team plays in the background on the mounted smart TV. The spacious kitchen features all standard appliances and cookware, coffee maker, and toaster. Whether you feel like whipping up a home cooked meal or ordering takeout from one of the many fabulous local restaurants, the choice can be yours! A second dining option for 4 is just steps away.

There are 2 designated spots for the home in the parking lot located directly behind the building. A third designated parking spot may be added upon request. Free parking is also available on the street

Great location! Host gave clear checkin instructions to use key pad to enter rental. An easy 6 minute Uber to Broadway. Plenty of room for the 3 of us. Very comfortable, everything you need if you want to cook, we made breakfast every morning. Master bath floor needs to be replaced, many loose tiles. Would be beneficial to have salt and pepper, and tin foil. We are planning on coming back next year to.stay again. Thank you for a great stay!!

The property was lovely, it would have been helpful to have a kettle and a cheese grater, but we managed without both.
We were able to access the rear of the property on arrival with the access code provided, however on return to the property in the evening we were unable to access through the front door (we had put the internal lock on the rear door). This resulted in an hour of sitting outside contacting the agent by text (the only way to contact out of hours) and having various options suggested, none of which worked until they contacted the owner to obtain a code to override the lock. Not ideal. We were close to having to find a hotel as it was approaching midnight.
Word of warning, do not use the internal locks. We spent the rest of the holiday just using the rear door.
