Will Stay Here Again if We Come Back

We were in town for the MotoGP. Apartment was a 15 minute walk to the train station and a 2 minute walk to the Jesus metro stop when we needed to get to the airport. The apartment had a fully equipped kitchen, including laundry. There was a grocery store nearby where we could pick up dinner and breakfast foods on our way home from the track. Everything we needed was available (paper towels, coffee, spices, detergent, shampoo, etc.) Wifi and tv options were good. The apartment could sleep four, but we used the second bedroom as our luggage room.

The elevator was really tight (not unusual), and it took us a few tries to unlock the door (probably user error, but it’s a key, it should be easier than it was). We also walked right past the entrance - there are three doorways with “14” above them - the correct one faces the intersection, the other two are on the namesake street.

The apartment was quite large (living room, two bedrooms, a kitchen and a bath room) - really large enough for three people (even for four). Well equipped with airco, and a good one (not a luxury in July in Valencia). The contact with the host was also very good - very responsive, friendly, helpful ... I didn't realise that a 20-25 minute walk to the old town centre can be far when it's that warm (so that's something people should realise, unless of course they go by car or taxi).

This is really a detail: beds were good but a bit small (short) if you are over 1m80 (knowing my kids are well over the 1m80, that was something we noticed). But again - a detail.

Home from home with all of your home comforts.

Very well situated for exploring the city with plenty of bars and cafes around if you wanted to go out for breakfast. Extremely well equipped it was like being at home. Our host met us and couldn’t have been more helpful providing maps and information on best places to eat and how best to navigate the city.

Location away from historic sights and beach accounts for inexpensive stay. Night temperature under 60F, would have liked beddings to include blanket, not only sheet and bed cover. Host compensated 2 blankets and offered 2 more the next day for 4 people stay.

De instructies van de hoest Adrian waren heel uitgebreid en secuur. Als wij tussendoor een vraag via Whatsapp hadden kregen wij binnen een paar minuten antwoord. Het appartement was schoon en goed verzorgd. Boven verwachting was er buiten het linnengoed, ook koffie, thee, kruiden, afvalzakken, afwamiddel, wsmiddel. En noem maar op. Aan alles was gedacht. Fantastisch

Posizione eccezionale a 50mt dalla fermata della metro (3 linee disponibili) a 200mt dalla fermata del bus, panificio a 50mt, supermarket fornitissimo a 100mt. Appartamento spazioso con ampi bagno, cucina e living. Cucina ben attrezzata. Apprezzabile il silenzio notturno. Super smart TV

Appartamento molto impersonale. Arredamento con rifiniture basic e da riammodernare quanto meno nella parte notte. Camere piccole e mancanza (lo sapevamo) di una stanza con letto matrimoniale. In una stanza scarico condensa del climatizzatore su tanica. Mancanza degli asciugamani da viso in bagno, strofinacci in cucina, stendino interno, macchinetta del caffè!! Mancano i ripiani per le valigie e aperte terra ingombrano il passaggio.

Soggiorno piacevole in un appartamento comodo e ben collegato.

Appartamento molto confortevole e dotato di tutti i servizi necessari. La posizione è ottima, a due passi dalla metropolitana, quindi comodissimo per spostarsi in città. Un grande vantaggio è anche la possibilità di avere un posto auto nel parcheggio vicino, fornito direttamente dall’host. Esperienza molto positiva, consigliato!

Čisto, lepo urejeno stanovanje. V njem je vse kar potrebuješ, celo pralni stroj in pomivalni stroj, ki nam je prišel zelo prav, glede na to, da nas je bilo 6.

V eni izmed sob je cev od klime speljana v plastenko in je treba biti pazljiv, da zliješ pravi čas, ponoči pa slišiš kapljanje in je lahko mogoče malenkost moteče.
