Maximum Capacity

This property has a strict maximum occupancy limit of 7 guests total, strictly limited to 4 adults and 3 children under the age of 14.

Standard check-out time is no later than 11:00 AM. If guests delay the cleaners from beginning their cleaning at the predetermined check-out time, guests will be charged AED 150 per hour applies from 11am up until 1 pm, after 1 pm guests will be charged AED 1500 for the late check-out and cleaning delay.

The access to the kids indoor playground might be charged by building management


Please return the access cards in good condition upon your check out. Replacement of lost cards will be charged at a rate of AED 500 per card.
