    La Viva offers very good, no-frills value in downton Buriram. Staff are great. Morning coffee and toast are appreciated. Some good restaurants a short walk away.

    This was our third stay here, and unfortunately, it was very disappointing. We booked a king-size bed, but the mattress was extremely hard—felt more like sleeping on the floor—and caused back pain. The TV didn’t work, and there was constant traffic noise all night. Woke up exhausted and uncomfortable. Very unhappy with this stay.
