Petit appartement (ok pour 2) au calme (peu de voisins) et petite terrasse avec belle vue sur le Mont Joli . Parking facile à 50m. Propreté générale correcte sans plus (voir défauts).

Il y avait des pastilles de lave vaisselle (mais pas de lave vaisselle) et rien pour le lave linge existant ! normal m'a-t-on dit !! Casseroles HS et rayées, bonnes à changer. Propre dans l'ensemble mais pas dans le détail (grosse araignée morte près de la box et toiles araignée dans volets). Chaises de jardin pas nettoyées, jardinet pas entretenu. Literie déformée pour 2 personnes de poids normal. Petit canapé pas confortable du tout. Conciergerie très digitale et mercantile (il faut payer pour arriver un peu plus tôt ou partir plus tard, caution 250€). Pas convivial.... Prestation globale un peu chère (dont 100€ de nettoyage) pour la surface et les équipements vieillissants.

El entorno y el jardín. La limpieza. Para dos personas es genial exceptuando el sofá.

La incomodidad del sofá para estar sentado. Fuimos sólo dos y sólo ocupamos la habitación de cama doble. La de las literas la dejamos para dejar equipaje. Da un poco de claustrofobia. Para ir 4 es un poco justo. Lo del sofá supongo que debe ser porque es un sofá cama, pero vamos no aguantas ni un rato sentado de lo incómodo que es y llegas cansado por la noche de caminar todo el día y apetece un rato de sofá cómodo. Si lo llenan con 6 personas, el apartamento que es ideal para dos (cambiando el sofá) se puede convertir en algo agobiante.

Excellent view from the living room and Bedroom, to be specific i could see the Mont Joly almost all the time, except when it was raining or snowing a lot. I had the whole apartment for myself and no one was disturbing me during my stay there. The apartment seems to be somewhat soundproof, as i was unable to hear rain nor the noise coming from the waterfalls on the Mont Joly, so when the windows/doors are closed i could not hear anything from the outside. There are at least two hiking routes directly at the location of the apartment and one where i would recommend to use a car, or bike to get to a parking(3km away/ 8minutes by car), as the hike would take many hours. In order to get the key to the apartment, i had to watch a video with instructions, so it took an extra minute for that - but was very easy to understand. Good network accessibility, most of the time i had at least 3 out of 5 bars on the 5G mobile network, surprisingly in many spots while hiking nearby i had 5G from time to time as well. I did not use WiFi that much, but i had no problems with the WiFi either, it was working quite good. I was not able to use the terrace as it was too cold outside for that, but in the summer it definitely delivers excellent view, there were chairs and table outside, and the terrace area is protected from wind from 3 sides. The nearest gas station is about 3,5km away. Will be definitely booking that place in the future.

I did not find anything i could complain about, except the weather.

Superbe appartement. Il n'y manque rien niveau vaiselle et équipements pour la vie de tous les jours. Très jolie et aux couleurs de la savoie. La literie est confortable. Une très belle vue depuis le salon et la chambre. C'est très calme et surtout très propre rien à redire là dessus. On peut se garer facilement. On reviendra c'est sur
