El apartamento está bien ubicado, en una zona no demasiado tranquila, pero bien comunicada. El espacio es adecuado para una familia de cuatro personas. Cuenta con dos baños, lo cual se agradece. La terraza es enorme. Ideal para tomar el sol o cenar al aire. Tiene unas interesantes vistas (yo no las llamaría "buenas"). La piscina está bien, sin llegar a ser excelente.
Había un ejército de hormigas en el apartamento. Especialmente teniendo en cuenta que es una octava planta. En general, el apartamento necesita un trabajo de modernización y pintura. La terraza es increible pero insegura si vas con niños pequeños, ya que la barandilla es muy baja. No apta para gente con vértigo. Las áreas comunes del edificio tienen cierto toque "soviético", se nota la antigüedad del edificio.

We liked the location, very close to Bernabeu stadium. Swimming pool was excellent for hot days! And the terrace with roof view is very nice for calm breakfast or dinner. Very close to public transport and everything in Madrid is easy reachable.
The bed mattress was to soft for us, but that was the only reason why we wanted to go back home :)

The location was good.
The heating system didn’t work and the rental company didn’t do anything about it. We infırmed them that we had an elderly person and a child with us but they only suggested us to use the small fan they left before. It wasn’t enough to warm the whole house.
