SPA Balnéo des Sacres-REIMS-Centre Ville

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour au sein de l’établissement. Le logement est propre, confortable et chaleureux. Un grand merci à Charlotte pour sa réactivité et disponibilité.

Tout était super surtout la propreté, et le jacuzzi un vrai régal merci pour cette super nuit

L'appartement est très propre et bien décoré. Le lit est confortable et le spa très sympa (simple d'utilisation, agréable...).

Un peu trop sombre en journée, l'ambiance tamisé et bien pour la soirée mais dérangeante en journée.

Position, self service to check in, bubble bath

This felt more like an Airbnb than a booking standard stay. We had to follow very strict checkout rules, including removing the bed sheets and taking the garbage out to the street ourselves, which is unacceptable considering the price we paid. They only provided toilet paper for the first day, even though we stayed for 3 days. Communication was difficult because the staff did not speak English and most information was only available in French. Two of the rooms were extremely dark and noisy because they faced the street. Another room was very bright early in the morning because the roof windows had no curtains, making it impossible to sleep properly. The check-in and check-out times were also very inconvenient (check-in at 17:00 and check-out at 10:00). They asked for an unreasonable extra fee to adjust these times. Overall, the experience did not match the price or expectations.
