Apartament sam w sobie jest przepiękny, nowoczesny i urządzony z ogromnym smakiem. Ogromnym plusem jest lokalizacja – wszędzie blisko, a jednocześnie w środku było cicho i spokojnie. Wyposażenie jest wyjątkowo bogate, na miejscu znajdują się absolutnie wszystkie niezbędne rzeczy, co bardzo podnosi komfort pobytu.
Jedynym minusem były niestety niedociągnięcia w czystości. Zacieki na szafkach, kurz oraz resztki jedzenia w lodówce i piekarniku psuły nieco ogólne wrażenie. W łazience widoczne były też ślady po paście do zębów. Potencjał miejsca jest ogromny, ale wymaga większej uwagi przy przygotowaniu dla gości.

Опалення, дуже спекотно, і немає можливості відрегулювати температуру. Мусили весь час відкривати вікна на провітрювання.
