Mieszkanie ogólnie fajne, tylko już "zmęczone" użytkowaniem i bardzo kiepsko posprzątane. Po przekroczeniu progu drzwi do mieszkania, czuć nieprzyjemny zapach, który nie ustępuje nawet po całodniowym wietrzeniu. Pod blokiem bardzo ciężko upolować wolne miejsce parkingowe, najlepiej skorzystać z parkingu piętrowego nieopodal, który jest darmowy przez 24h. Materac w sypialni do wymiany. Jest zużyty, przez co bardzo niewygodny. Łóżko skrzypi. W tv nie ma żadnego kanału.
