W obiekcie było bardzo czysto. Dużym atutem jest prywatny parking. Komunikacja z personelem przebiegała sprawnie i bezproblemowo. Bardzo doceniliśmy również ciszę i spokój, które pozwoliły na komfortowy wypoczynek.
Nie mam żadnych uwag. Wszystko było w porządku.

It is a very pleasant place and I enjoyed my stay.
The only slight disadvantage: It is about 1200 steps to the railway station. I would not recommend it for people with walking difficulties. But from the station there are good, reliable and frequent train connections in less than half an hour right to the center.
There is nothing the owner could improve. He cannot make the town administration to install a bus line to the door step.

W obiekcie było bardzo czysto, wszystkie potrzebne rzeczy były zapewnione. Mój pobyt trwał 10 dni, a w tym czasie kontakt z opiekunem był bardzo szybki i klarowny. Na miejscu w budynku codziennie był ktoś do sprzątania więc wymiana ręczników była bezproblemowa. W apartamencie jest dużo różnego i ładnego oświetlenia, a sypialnia na antresoli daje urokliwy efekt.

Full set of all necessary things in a small place! Functional as it's possible, and the whole space is wisely organized (closets, table, kitchen etc.). Even the chairs were simple but ergonomic for our backs. The table was big enough to work on laptops for us both or have a lunch. The bed was comfortable.
Parking place.
The price was great for Warsaw.
The flat is very tiny. Far from the center.
It would be better with some shampoo and 1-2 washing capsules :).
But the biggest disappointment was this: here on booking there are plenty of pictures of several flats while selection (even after you click on a specific option), and it's not totally clear which one you get - with the stairs / TV or not, with bed or sofa etc.
Sounds from neighbors were pretty loud, and also someone drilled our wall, so it was very noisy several times.
