Mieszkanie w dobrej lokalizacji, 15 min od jeziora, w pobliżu targ, mnóstwo sklepów, po drugiej stronie ulicy Biedronka. W mieszkaniu wyposażona kuchnia. Nie ma problemu z zaparkowaniem samochodu przed blokiem.

Mieszkanie jest naprawdę malutkie, szczególnie łazienka, może być uciążliwa do korzystania dla kogoś z większymi gabarytami.

Tik loakacija.

Pabundi nuo rūkalų kvapo ir užmiegi su šiuo kvapu bute. Labai nemalonus kvapas laiptinėje. Triukšmas iš kaimynų. Butas nepatogus, tiek virtuvė, tiek tualetas, tiek dušas. Kavos aparatas nenaudojamas, nes labai nešvarus, vandens talpykla ant tiek nešvari, kad supykino. Tikrai trūksta tvarkos.
