Me, my partner, our baby and parents of my partner arrive to place which did not looked like the pictures which were advertised, the Sofa is in very bad state broken and heavily stained just covered up with dirty throws, the bed duvets are not the same like on pictures but some cheap, hard and smelly material which we had to go buy for two rooms brand new sets as it was not a good quality and was hard to sleep on it. When we asked the owner to replace he said there was nothing wrong with them and dismissed our complaint no resolution what so ever not even replace until few days later he brought same quality sheets which we couldn't use. There is Missing coffee machine, desk, additional toilet advertised but only one in property, no cleaning products we had to buy them, no wifi till now we using our internet on phone also had to spend 100 on a adapter to run our laptop with phone tethered to it to be able to use as we told the owner it was not working and he did change but it's worse, frying pans dirty we had to clean them, toilet seat in bad dirty condition, contacts coming off the walls which is dangerous for our child, no soundproof walls as advertised nothing is here what was advertised. The flat above which belongs to same person who renting this flat for us, is people having party's all the time loud music till morning first night from like 7:40pm to 5:30am knowing full well there is quiet hours night from 22pm till 6am, shouting, heavy walking on the stairs noise after noise. Even after owner told them off they started again in a week on Monday and on Tuesday for us was too much as they was keep waking up our child we had to call the police . If we would know all of it we would never book it.

Great quality/price ratio. The apartment is really spacious.

We woke up on the last day with a lot of noise from the apartment next door, with children yelling loudly at 7.30 in the morning. Also the kitchen has few implements for cooking, but other than that, the place is great!

Great location, nice apartmens with a lot of space, all important kitchen and other things, helpful host

Everything was great - so I gave best evaluations of that place and hope to back next time, just one minor thing that was not very important - bed was a little crackling. We were sleeping with our baby (1 year old), so when wanted to turn on side - bed was crackling and noise a little awakens baby. But as I said - that is very minor thing.

On the overall the stay was good. The place of the apartment, the parking space in the big yard was great. The apartment itself was very spatious. And the contactless check in was also very comfortable.

There were varous small minuses. The bed linen seemed already worn out, not fresh, there were not enough spoons for 5 people, only 4 chairs. The cable TV didn't work properly. The channel switch stucked after some time and we couldn't change the channel. But these minuses didn't dissapoint us a lot.

Uncomfortable and pricy

Two large doublebeds as advertised is a huge stretch. They were too narrow for two people to sleep comfortably by any means and with only one small duna for each bed and no extra linnen we could not just make the sofa into a bed for our son (advertised as an extra bed) and had to use two of our own towels and a car blanket on the sofa to improvise a bed. He had a most uncomfortable night. Also not one chair in the appartment so how 4 people are supposed to dine is a mystery. We took turns at the sofa table, bent over because of the slanted wall behind the sofa. Not an experience to repeat and certainly not worth the price. Apartment is on third floor with an internal staircase as well so not an option for people with walking disability.

Nice, sizeable apartment. Worked good for us, a family of four (kids are 7 and 9). Very nice host.

Some lamps not working, the beds could have been more comfortable.

With a little bit of effort and care the apartment could become much better.

No curtains in the main room. Dead bulbs in some lamps and no light in the fridge. No toilet paper in the WC. The apartment can accommodate 6 persons, but the WC is in the bathroom - apparent inconvenience for everybody every day. Large disgusting stains on the sofa. In the bathroom/WC there is no single hook for hanging towels & dress .

Espacioso y confortable

Apartamento completo de 2 habitaciones. Aparcamiento privado. Muy cómodo y confortable y super espacioso. Tenía lavadora, horno, nevera, cocina, calentador, tv y plancha. El check in es sin contacto, que por un lado es mejor para así poder llegar un poco a deshora. Te mando todo a través de mensaje. Me encanta la terraza que tiene.

Estaría bien si el menaje de cocina como las sartenes se cambiara porque están muy deterioradas y se pega todo. Las camas eran algo duras para mí gusto.

Czysta łazienka.

Brudny balkon z odchodami ptaków. Zniszczone meble na tarasie. Po zgłoszeniu zepsutego pilota do tv właściciel już się nie odezwał.

Kiek per kietos lovos. Dviems miegant vienoje lovoje buvo tik viena antklodė. Dušo kabina nebuvo labai švari.

Komfortowy i przyjemny pobyt

Bardzo duże i wygodne mieszkanie ze świetnym rozkładem pomieszczeń i balkonem. Wygodne łóżka, świeża pościel i ręczniki, spore zaopatrzenie w naczynia w szafkach kuchennych (chociaż niektóre rzeczy przydałoby się wymienić). Byliśmy dwie noce i był to bardzo komfortowy pobyt. Do tego bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem.

Ogólnie było czysto, ale były miejsca, które dla niektórych skreśliłyby możliwość powrotu do tego mieszkania, np kurz w szafach lub czystość deski sedesowej. Trzecie piętro bez windy - z tym się raczej nie da nic zrobić ;), ale jest to męczące.

Weekend w Giżycku.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Duży, przestronny apartament. Dobre godziny zameldowania I wymeldowania. Bardzo wygodne łóżko. Śnieżno białe, miękkie ręczniki.

Zniszczone, niedomyte naczynia kuchenne, brudna część sztućców, zakamieniony czajnik a także baterie w kuchni i w łazience. Rozpadające się sztućce. Rączki odpadały. Poza tym sztućce z plastikowymi rączkami są mało higieniczne. Niedomyte wc. Pobyt zaczęłam od mycia lodówki (grzyb), odkamieniania baterii bo woda leciała na wszystkie strony. Przydałoby się też pomalować ściany bo są obite i brudne oraz naprawić zawiasy w szafkach kuchennych bo za chwilę komuś drzwiczki zostaną w ręce. Ktoś pisał w sierpniu, że drzwi szafy w sypialni się nie otwierają. W styczniu nadal były popsute. Na moje brakuje tu ręki właściciela, bo ten apartament mógłby być perełką wśród apartamentów.

Duże, przestronne mieszkanie w dobrej lokalizacji, miejsce parkingowe. Kontakt z właścicielem był szybki, szkoda, że usunięcie problemu już nie

Brak internetu, problem zgłaszany właścicielowi, niestety przez cały pobyt nie można było z niego korzystać. Problemy z tv, dostępne tylko kilka kanałów więc wieczorem nie można było nic obejrzeć. Czytałam opinie, że mieszkanie czyste, niestety odniosłam wrażenie, ze na pierwszy rzut oka jest faktycznie czysto, ale jak się przyjżeć bardziej to niestety łazienka zostawiała wiele do życzenia. Jeszcze problem z wiatą śmietnikową, są na podwórku 3, niestety klucz, który zostawiono do żadnej nie pasował i zmuszona była śmieci zostawić w mieszkaniu o czym poinformowałam właściciela, fajnie by było gdyby było też doprecyzowane, która wiata śmietnikowa jest tą właściwą bo tak troche jak wariat ze śmieciami latałam. Gdyby poprawić te kilka mankamentów lokal byłby idealny na urlop

Lokalizacja w centrum. Duzo miejsca, byłem sam.

Po przyjeździe okazało się, że według informacji jakie otrzymałem sms od gospodarza obiektu kluczy do lokalu nie było we wskazanym miejscu, musiałem po nocy kontaktować się ponownie z gospodarzem obiektu i ustalić w jaki sposób mogę dostać się do lokalu. Kolejna sprawa, faktura za pobyt. W ogłoszeniu jest napisane że wystawiają fakturę, ja zapłaciłem ofertę bezzwrotna, gospodarz obiektu oznajmił, że On nie wystawia faktury, może wystawić mi napisane odręcznie na kartce papieru oświadczenie, że zamieszkiwałem w tym dniu w tym lokalu, nie wiem na co mi takie oświadczenie, jaki księgowy i US mi to rozliczy. Po dłuższej dyskusji dostałem zapewnienie, że wystawi mi paragon. Odziwo otrzymałem nawet fakturę VAT. Kolejna sprawa. Doba hotelowa do godziny 11:00, 10:55 dzwonek do drzwi, otwieram a tam jakiś gościu, nie przedstawił się, z młodą kobietą, prawdopodobnie Pani sprzątająca lokale, oznajmia mi, że o 11:00 mam opuścić lokal, a ja w majtkach, po powrocie z wycieczki rowerowej, ubieram się i pakuję. Poprosiłem jegomościa o 10 minut przedłużenia doby hotelowej, nie zgodził się, zastawiając ręką nie pozwalał mi zamknąć drzwi, zaznaczam było to w czasie mojej doby hotelowej, w końcu je przyknalem. Szybko się ubrałem, zapakowałem i opuściłem lokal 11:05., 5 minut po czasie. Lokal praktycznie nie używany, tylko łóżko w sypialni i łazienka, mam na to dokumentację fotograficzna i nagranie wizji na telefonie, zrobiłem przed wyjściem, żeby nie było że zniszczyłem coś w lokalu, a miałem do dyspozycji całe mieszkanie. Nie Pozdrawiam Krzysztof Sobieraj.
