Zentral gelegen. Dafür, dass es Sommer war, war die Temperatur echt angenehm im Raum.
Die Unterkunft ist deutlich kleiner als angegeben. 25 qm sind es wahrscheinlich nicht mal mit Bad und dem Totraum unter den Dachschrägen. Die Dusche kann man nur im sitzen/hocken benutzen, weil sie in die Ecke der Dachschräge verbaut wurde. Einige Deckenlampen waren defekt. Im Fahrstuhl roch es übel. Aber schlimmer war die Brandschutztür (Eingang) zum Etagenflur. Dort fehlten die Beschläge. Der Flur selbst war auch nicht besser: Zur Wohnung hin immer enger werdend, Schummerlicht und am Boden fehlende Fliesen.
