The apartment is in a great location, right next to the Mercado with lots of restaurants and bars. The studio was beautifully appointed and the decorations were very nice. The large terrace was very comfortable. Especially nice touch was the bottle of wine and the pastries and coffee for breakfast.
I realize cozy means small but this studio was tiny. The bathroom was airplane size and you needed to step out to dry off after a shower. Also was not expecting a Murphy bed, it made sense based on size of apartment but left you trying to find spots to store four couch cushions in an already tight space. The studio is in an older building and on the first floor with no elevator and the steps were steep and narrow.

Está cerca de todos los sitios y el barrio de Triana. Todas las comodidades en el estudio y el patio son muy cómodos y bonitos.
Solo el susto que me di al saltar la alarma de humos del apartamento al hacer unas palomitas al microondas. Me asusté muchísimo la verdad pero acudi a la vecina de enfrente que se portó muy bien conmigo y me tranquilizó, también me ayudó a bajar la maleta por las escaleras que eran muy empinadas.

Everything we needed in one space, terrace was lovely, pull down bed was easy to use and comfortable, lots of storage and easy to use space - exceptionally clean and well looked after, high quality. Location was perfect, next to the river and bridge access to the other side of the river, pedestrian car park access next to the building which was 20 euros a day, there might have been more reasonable but that was close and we chose to use it for convenience. Market, shops and restaurants all in close proximity.
Nothing we didn’t like, all was perfect but to note for less mobile, there are stairs to access the property and no lift so need to be able to navigate around 20 steps
