About this apartment rental

Open-space apartment combining modern comfort with traditional architectural features. It is located in the Triana neighbourhood near the vibrant Betis street, and a 15 minute walk from the centre.

The apartment is separated into 2 main zones with the kitchen immediately to the front of the entrance. Adjacent is the dining area with a table and 4 chairs. The separate bathroom has a walk-in shower.

Opposite to the dining area is the sitting area with a sofa, coffee table and tv. Beyond is the sleeping area with a double glazed window facing Rodrigo de Triana street. There are two single beds of 90 x 200 cm and a wardrobe.

The apartment is characterised by contemporary and retro furnishings and artwork which blend with the original architectural features to create a stylish and comfortable space. With exposed brick walls, traditional floor tiles and high ceilings up to 3.97 metres - providing a great sense of space.

Other features: air-conditioning, heating, ceiling fans and TV. High speed fiber optic internet connection is included.

The apartment is on the ground floor of a building composed by 3 holiday flats which share 2 terraces. The lower terrace is equipped and decorated with plants, parasol and lounge sofas. The upper terrace invites you to sunbathe and enjoy the exceptional rooftop views, including the Cathedral. With deckchairs, parasol, plants and an outdoor shower.

There is a laundry room in the terrace with 2 washing machines shared between guests lodged at the Rodrigo Triana apartments.

This historic apartment in an absolutely bustling neighborhood is as Sevilla as it gets. Located literally around the corner from all of the fun in Triana, it’s a fabulous location for those looking to enjoy all that the neighborhood has to offer. The management and staff could not have been more helpful. What we were not expecting (because we didn’t read it in any of the other reviews) was just how noisy it gets in a vintage apartment on that street. The place is really great. You just have to expect that you are going to hear all of your neighbors in the building and you will hear all of the conversations people have as they pass by the lovely bay windows. I guess that level of noise is just part of Spain.
