Comfy bed, clean, close to train station. Very nicely decorated and welcoming. Everything looks very new and modern. Close to bus stop too.
Not many hangers on the walls for towels and to dry towels after beach

Coffee and sweets were ok typical italian. Location 20 in walk from beach or city center.
The tea maker could have been cleaner. Also there were no mugs.

Really good stay for the price. The location is very convenient, just a short walk from the train station. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable. A huge thank you to the host, Alessandro, who was extremely kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay.
There was a kitchenette in the room, but unfortunately, it lacked basic equipment like cups, glasses, or plates.

It was close to the bus and train station which was handy.
It would have been nice if we had received the requirements for our stay a day before our stay rather than on the day. When one is travelling one does not always have access to the internet. This made the process stressful which is not great when one is in a foreign country.
