La camera era accogliente e il letto molto comodo, abbiamo trovato tutti i servizi di cui necessitavamo incluso un ottimo caffè al mattino.

Cazarea este foarte bună, la 10 - 15 minute de mers lejer până la obiectivele turistice și/ sau gară.
Ne-a întâmpinat o persoană pentru a ne înmâna cheile. Totul a fost conform descrierii. În camera am primit cafea și apă din partea lor. Recomand!
Am avut emoții înainte de check-in, deoarece nu am primit niciun mesaj de confirmare, până la ora programată.

A pesar de estar avisada la hora de llegada, al llegar a las 22.30 no había nadie esperando, una persona del barrio llamó al encargado de abrir la puerta y este llegó a la media hora de pésimo humor, con un mal trato nos abrió la puerta y ni siquiera nos indicó el codigo del wifi, que después resultó estar fuera del departamento en el corredor de entrada. Por ese ingreso con absoluto mal trato, no recomendaría este departamento; entiendo que la recepción, cuando no se tiene un acceso computarizado, debe ser brindando el servicio que corresponde y que fue aceptado en la reserva. Dejar a un huésped en la calle y sin brindarle solución, es una falta grave.
Por supuesto que de acuerdo a lo reseñado, el check in, es un servicio que mal brindado, como en nuestro caso, condiciona todo lo demás.
