Loft Viñas

The host was incredibly responsive and replied quickly to every question via messaging. The self check-in and check-out process was very convenient, and clear instructions were provided in advance, including information about the ongoing renovation work and the easiest way to access the property. The apartment is extremely spacious-the word "loft" truly describes it perfectly. It is equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, including a washing machine. The air conditioning was a lifesaver during the hot weather, and everything was spotlessly clean.

The downsides were finding a large cockroach in the bathroom and being asked to take the trash out at check-out. While this wasn't particularly difficult, it does take a bit of time to find the bins, and it's not something most guests expect to do while on vacation. The ongoing renovation of the building also made accessing the apartment a bit of an adventure. However, the host informed guests about this in advance, and considering the very reasonable price for 2 nights, it was understandable and not a major issue.

Justo a la puerta del apartamento hay una obra, nosotros fuimos en finde y no trabajaban, pero entre semana tiene q ser una gran molestia.

Posti auto presenti, dentro molto bello, completamente ristrutturato, aria condizionata, porta blindata, infissi con vetrocamera spessi, ottima cucina, bagno molto bello.

Appartamento al piano terra in zona periferica (s'intende dal centro storico, dalla "città vecchia"), esternamente lascia molto a desiderare, frontalmente ci sono dei lavori di ristrutturazione che non permettono il passaggio, è necessario fare il giro di tutto l'isolato per accedervi, la sera non è il massimo rincasare da soli... All'apparenza pulito... se non fosse che abbiamo avuto ripetute visite da parte di scarafaggi lunghi quattro centimetri... l'host si è giustificato dicendo che con le temperature molto alte è un problema comune in zona... Detto ciò comunque apprezzabile che si è subito interessato per organizzare una disinfestazione.
