Málaga Benalmádena Vacation Rentals five minutes from the Port of Benalmádena Beach Pool and Sun

The apartment was clean and modern.The pool area was lovely with sun beds, and a table and chairs outside to dine at. The host was fantastic with communication for checking in and out information, and organised taxis for us which was great. We loved the air conditioning in all rooms. The area is nice and private.

The apartment had minimal furniture. The main double bedroom only had a wardrobe, the other two bedrooms had no storage at all, just beds in them. All 3 bedrooms would have benefited from bed side tables with lamps and definitely some drawers, especially in the smaller 2 bedrooms. The lounge had 1 couch which can seat 3 people, it needed extra seating, side tables or a coffee table which you could place drinks on while sitting in there. The only table in the lounge was placed under the television with the Wi-Fi box on which could not be moved due to the short length of the cables connecting it to the television, the pool decking was very slippery when it was wet, either coming out of the pool or if it had rained. (We stayed in October so had some rain) The kitchen although modern, was tight in space to move around, especially when using the oven. You had to stand to the side of it when opening it as there was not enough room to stand in front of it which made it very awkward to use. The property does not have a safe to lock away valuables or passports, we did request one, but did not receive one, this really is a must in any rental property. The apartment does have another apartment directly above it with a balcony that overlooks the pool, this does not give you much privacy. We were lucky enough not to have anyone staying above us while we were there, but the floor/ceiling is not very thick as we did hear footsteps one day and people talking while in it. The area is nice and private and mostly residential, but unfortunately that came with a lot of dogs being kept outside, barking all day which made relaxing outside not as peaceful as we would have liked.
