Sant'Andrea Apartment

We absolutely loved the location. I loved being in an elegantly stylish, renovated old apartment in the heart of the city. You could easily walk to all the main attractions or if you wanted to avoid walking in the heat, catching a bus was easy as the bus stop was 20 metres from the front door. The beds were super comfortable, it was quiet and returning to an apartment with air-conditioning was a necessity after sight-seeing in the sweltering summer heat. We also loved the cafe across the road for our morning coffee and breakfast. We would stay again.

Need to ensure bath mat is used as tiles can be slippery when exiting shower (especially noticeable when tired after a long-haul flight). Provide more essentials (toilet paper, washing detergent etc) for longer stays.

Amazing location, clean and spacious, comfy beds and quiet at night. The facilities were all new - great shower and super quiet air conditioning. Lovely roof terrace that wasn’t overlooked and caught the evening sun.

Nothing really. Maybe the kitchen could benefit from a few extra glasses, coffee machine capsules and a toaster, as there was no grill or oven.

Great location, very clean, spacious, quiet, new elevator, near bus stops and taxi stands, restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Linens and sheets were luxury quality. Even though there’s only one bathroom, it is spacious, and both bedrooms have areas with mirrors and plugs where you can put on your make up or dry your hair in case someone else is using the bathroom.

Only one thing: Both beds were much more firm than we prefer. We were able to use the comforters as extra padding on the mattress, rather than as covers on top, since the weather was not cold when we were there.

A lovely, clean apartment in a fabulous location. You can walk so easily to all of the major sites and there are plenty of restaurants nearby (plus a very handy Carrefour!) We couldn't have asked for better. We felt so safe here - the apartment is a quiet sanctuary in the heart of everything. The private patio really sold the accommodation to us and we loved sitting outside with a glass of wine. The shower was great, with plenty of hot water and the beds were really comfortable. The communication was excellent and we really appreciated Federico waiting for us and his friendly welcome despite an airport delay.

Nothing. 😀 We didn't try the tvs as there were more interesting things to do! The communal area is exactly as it looks on the photos. The layout of the sofas might make it harder to sit inside as a family but we were aware of this before we booked. It wasn't an issue for us as we always sat outside or at the table.
